Hiking on the Mountain

This weekend has been amazing. The weather finally hit the 60's and below, and I celebrated with spending a lot of time outside. My sister and I went for a hike at Mt. Cheaha (highest point in Alabama! True story.) Cheaha is only about 30 minutes from where we live, so we have been MANY times. But it's beautiful and I regret to say I take it for granted. It was foggy, as evident from the following pictures. A little creepy at times, but we enjoyed our 4 mile hike! I hope everyone had a great weekend.

My sister's paranoid face after reading the "Bear Encounters" sign.

What a sweet bucket list you have. I have some of those on my list as well. Volunteering has been in my heart lately and I can't wait to find a great cause to join. I'm in the health field as well and think I could use some of my skills to give :)
